FP&A Advisor - Reporting

PRIMARY PURPOSE : To partner with and support the leadership teams to achieve financial objectives; to support management reporting and analysis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

Prepares management reporting and analysis; analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures, and other related areas.

Coordinates with Accounting and Budget counterparts to provide insights into future results.

Serves as key strategic finance partner.

Maintains and coordinates selected budgets.

Assists with ad hoc analysis and communicates results and recommendations to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Advanced degree preferred.

Eight (8) years of financial or accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Financial planning and analysis experience preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

Thorough knowledge of US accounting principles, procedures, and relevant regulations

Thorough knowledge of financial planning and reporting solutions; SAP/BPC preferred

Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills

PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge

Analytical and interpretive skills

Leadership/management/motivational skills

Excellent negotiation skills

Good judgment and discretionary skills

Ability to plan, monitor, track, and problem solve

Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
