Job Description
Manage and support large-scale end-user environments, including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, Citrix, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Oversee image management, application packaging, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Provide advanced (Level 3/4) desktop support for enterprise clients, ensuring the seamless functioning of end-user devices.
Administer JAMF for macOS management and Intune for Windows devices.
Support and manage enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Zoom, and Webex.
Troubleshoot issues related to these tools and ensure optimal performance and security.
Design, implement, and manage end-user experience strategies to enhance productivity and system performance.
Provide technical leadership in desktop virtualization (VDI) and Citrix environments.
Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure secure and reliable connectivity for end-user devices.
Ensure all devices meet enterprise security standards, applying best practices in endpoint security.
Automate common processes using tools such as PowerShell and SCCM, streamlining software deployments and system updates.
Implement and maintain ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Must-have skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in end-user computing, desktop engineering, or a related field.
Advanced knowledge of Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, AVD, and Citrix.
Proficiency with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud services, and endpoint security.
Experience with VDI and application packaging solutions.
Hands-on experience with JAMF for macOS management.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
