Baptist Memorial Consultant-Benefits - HS HRD Benefits Corporate in Memphis, Tennessee

Summary

Assists employees with benefit enrollment and changes within the various programs available to employees, and completes accurate entry to ensure correct coverage. Communicates benefit eligibility to employees. Resolves employee problems of incorrect deductions, cancellations, and other operational issues. Assists with yearly activities sponsored by the benefit department. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with yearly activities sponsored by the benefit department.

  • Assist in the onboarding/off boarding of Team Members.

  • Serves Internal/External customers by exemplifying high levels of customer service at all times

  • Resolves employee problems of incorrect deductions, cancellations, and other operational issues.

  • Completes assigned goals.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

Minimum: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.

Experience

Preferred: 4years of Human Resources with benefits emphasis.

Minimum: 2 year sHuman Resources with benefits emphasis.

Special Skills

Minimum: Basic Computer knowledge with Microsoft office. Interpersonal skills.
