Description We are in search of an organized and experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming payments, managing accounts, and ensuring profitability by reducing outstanding debt. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset and have a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Prepare, post, and reconcile customer payments and ensure timely processing. Investigate and resolve customer queries as they pertain to billing and account status. Monitor and maintain client accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Generate financial reports detailing accounts receivable statuses. Prepare bank deposits, verify and balance receipts. Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations. Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements Requirements: An Associate degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role. Good understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency with spreadsheets and proprietary software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. High level of accuracy and efficiency. Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
