ELC Beauty LLC Designer in Melville, New York

DUTIES: Create end to end creative science content, possessing a mastery in a broad range of creative and media disciplines: art direction, branding, typography, 2D/3D Motion Design, iconography, AI, presentation design and cinematography. Responsible for the creation of creative scientific content leveraging the science behind ELC technologies and products. Bring technical stories to life through image sequences, rough sketching, and multimedia storyboard frames for dynamic and dramatic keyframe illustrations. Graphic design foundation including storyboarding, concept development and art direction. Strong and careful usage of typography, Color Theory principles, and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process. Ensure that all creative produced meets all brief requirements. Maintain a knowledge of, and stay up to date on, latest industry technology, trends and techniques. Monitor and report trends in scientific animation, illustration, video and social content. Ability to elevate R&D aesthetic across touch points. Ability to present design concepts to multifunctional teams. Innovative willingness to experiment with new concepts and approaches such as being on the cutting edge of AI. Comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems. Ability to source new vendors, technology and platforms.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, Engineering or a related field or foreign equivalent and one year of experience as a Designer or related occupation. Full term of experience must include representing accurate technical information into illustrations, graphics and animation; Using Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. 2D/3D animation skills in Octane, Arnold, Red Giant, Trapcode, Magic Bullet, Universe, and VFX; Translating complex technical concepts into compelling visuals for all audiences; Using multiple animation styles and Color Theory principles, and a deep understanding of all stages of the animation process; Utilizing Python, OSL, and MEL coding languages in 3D software to build texturing and modeling, maximizing 3D asset tools for managing modeling and animation processes; Utilizing Fluency in Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini and other animation and video software, understanding of physical motion, weight, balance, texture, lighting, and visual appeal.

Minimum Salary: 60,500 Maximum Salary: 90,500 Salary Unit: Yearly
