Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents related to personal injury and no-fault cases. Conduct client intake interviews, gathering necessary information and documentation. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible. Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, providing updates and addressing inquiries. Schedule appointments, court dates, and mediations while coordinating with all parties involved. Prepare correspondence, discovery documents, and trial materials as needed. Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation under the guidance of attorneys. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably in personal injury and no-fault claims. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures relevant to personal injury law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality work. Why Join Us?
