Actalent Test Engineer in Melbourne, Florida

Description

• Experience in developing requirements, and creating validation and verification procedures

• Experience developing software code to control test equipment and RF hardware for automated testing

• Proficiency with developing, maintaining, and using spreadsheet data in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data collection, analysis, and tracking

• Programming with C#/C

• Knowledge of Test Equipment and digital electronics.

• Experience with test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Signal Generators, etc.

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Attention to details.

• Good communication skills.

• Fundamental knowledge of RF equipment.

• Design, code, test, integrate and document product tests

• Design test hardware including fixtures, cabling, and circuit cards

• Generation of test procedure documentation and test results reports

Skills & Qualifications

Must

• 2+ years in software testing

• Experience in developing requirements, and creating validation and verification procedures

• Software test development with Python/C#/C++/LabVIEW. (Python is the preferred)

• Knowledge of Test Equipment and digital electronics.

Plus:

• Experience developing software code to control test equipment and RF hardware for automated testing

• Proficiency with developing, maintaining, and using spreadsheet data in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data collection, analysis, and tracking

• Experience with test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Signal Generators, etc.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00
