Animal Specialty & Emergency Center of Brevard located in Melbourne, FL is searching for an overnight Veterinary Technician Team Lead to join our Emergency Service! 

 

Compensation: Starting at $28/hr and up, based on experience!

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 7pm - 7am

    About you: You are an experienced Veterinary Technician dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care. You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value. You can adapt to the individual needs of each patient, are eager to continue enhancing your skill set, and truly want to make a difference. 

Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.

About the Role: The purpose of the Emergency Service Technician Team Lead is to provide high quality medical support and nursing care to companion animal patients. In addition, this position is recognized as a leadership role, and as such is responsible for the general oversight and workflow efficiency of the hospital and client/patient services during your shift. Our team Leads partner with co-team leads to build and maintain a cohesive, well-trained, efficient ER team, while collaborating with ER DVMs to continually evaluate the ever-changing needs and growth demands of the ER service.
