Your Role
We are looking for a driven and motivated Export Operators to join our National Sea Logistics team. We are the global number 1 in Sea Logistics and have a great team looking after our Export customers. Your days will vary from performing operational tasks to general customer service queries.
Your Responsibilities
Creating shipment details in our internal system
Organising transport based on the customer promise
Monitoring operational performance
Reviewing shipping instructions from customers
Arranging shipping line bookings
Strengthening the operational relationships with our customers and suppliers
Resolving any complaints #LI-DNI
Your Skills and Experiences

Additionally, you will have:
Experience in the Sea Logistic industry in Exports
Strong communication skills, verbally and via email
A problem solving mindset
