Treasury Wine Estates Project Analyst in Melbourne, Australia

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Program Management and Service Management Office, this role focuses on analyzing and optimizing service delivery processes to enhance performance, aligning with organizational goals and client expectations.

Note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract

  • Conduct process impact analysis, resolve issues, design new processes, and support training and change management for the Oracle Redwood project.

  • Support the planning and execution of the Continuous Improvement Program, focusing on capability development and service expansion.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of service changes, and process designs, and create training materials and communication strategies.

  • Oversee BPO agreement commercials, including billing, budget planning, and partner collaboration to align with TBS goals.

  • Maintain the Treasury Business Solutions (TBS) Service Catalogue and support the transition process for new services and scope expansions.

About you

You are a seasoned professional with experience in large, complex corporate or ASX-listed organizations. You excel in managing complex relationships and thrive in dynamic environments. You have a good understanding of lean methodology principles and continuous improvement frameworks and experience in transformation, with engagement and delivery.

  • Excellent process reengineering and process design capability

  • Ability to understand current situation, business requirements, current issues and design a To Be process to address these challenges.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage ambiguity

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Expertise in managing third-party delivered services

  • Experience in Oracle HCM and HR processes will be beneficial

  • Six sigma Green or Black Belt certification will be beneficial but not essential
