What you’ll do • Leading organisational design to maximize effectiveness and mitigate risks • Developing and maintaining strong client stakeholder relationships positioning the organisation into "Trusted Advisor" status • Developing and orchestrating Change Strategies and Plans for large scale technology projects and programs • Creating guidelines and enforcing procedures and standards related to content development and implementation • Developing and executing effective Communication strategies • Developing and delivering strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success • Leading clients through transformational change and supporting business priorities • Contributing to the internal capability of Avanade’s OCM practice by sharing learnings, developing content, mentoring junior colleagues and crafting compelling proposal responses Skills and experiences • Extensive project management experience • The talent for uniting and inspiring geographically diverse teams • Familiarity with implementing Change Programs for the Microsoft Product suite including CE365, FinOps, Teams, SharePoint • Change management certifications (e.g. PROCI) is favourable • Human Centred Design (HCD) skills preferred • Mentoring junior colleagues About you Characteristics that can spell success for this role • Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder • Resilient, adaptable, flexible • Intellectually curious and passionate about tech • Storyteller and engaging content creator Enjoy your career Some of the best things about working at Avanade • Top-shelf clients - our clients accelerate value by being bold, imaginative - and fast.
