If you are an undergraduate Business student looking to jump start your career, we are offering a 13-month full time internship based at our Scoresby office . This is a unique opportunity to gain skills and knowledge while you are working full time commencing 27th January 2025. In this role you will play a pivotal role in supporting our parts and service operations excellence team to achieve our business objectives, in providing legendary sales, service and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide support in development of project plans and timeline to achieve the Operations plan

  • Coordinating specific projects related to the Operation Plan as approved by the Parts Functions excellence Manager.

  • Identify opportunities to use technology to improve the service experience both internally and externally.

  • Assist in the development and drafting of training material to support operation initiatives.

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on Service Performance

QUALIFICATIONS

About You:

To qualify for this undergraduate internship, it is essential that you:

  • Are currently studying a Bachelor degree in Business, Technology or similar discipline.

  • Have between 1 and 8 units of study left to complete of your undergraduate degree as of January 2025

  • Are available for the full 13 months and be willing to defer your studies for that duration.

Note: Applicants that do not meet these qualifying requirements unfortunately will not be considered.

To be successful in this role, you will possess skills/or be able to perform:

  • A sound understanding of Technology solutions and concepts that add value and remove waste from the business.

  • A highly analytical and data minded approach.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as effectively as part of a team.

  • Advance MS Office skills, with the ability to learn other applications.

This is a 13-month, full time, paid placement and the successful candidate will be required to defer their studies for the duration of the program.
