We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our growing Projects team. As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation. You will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate with stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aware of project progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of HVAC systems, making improvements where necessary.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Duties:
• Develop plans, budgets, and schedules for the project while ensuring its alignment with organisational objectives and standards.
• Oversee project tasks and ensure that they are completed on time.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate plan reviews and inspections.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Effectively manage project progress and anticipate schedule delays or project roadblocks.
• Ensure operations remain profitable.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending workshops, and staying up-to-date with industry standards.

• HVAC Design skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Ability to read HVAC schematics or blueprints.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their installation processes.
• Proven track record of successful project management and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license.
