The Role : General Manager for the Automotive Insights business in Australia & New Zealand

The Impact :

As the General Manager for the Automotive Insights business in Australia and New Zealand, you will lead and manage all aspects of the business operations, driving strategic growth and market presence. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, develop and maintain key customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities to enhance sales growth. Your leadership will be crucial in steering the business towards sustained success and market leadership.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the Automotive Insights business operations in Australia and New Zealand (sales, product and production operations).

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market presence.

  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.

  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Monitor industry market trends and competition.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior management role within the automotive industry.

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
