We’re looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will work closely with our Procare team and stakeholders across the company to manage contracts and support our commercial operations. You’ll help ensure that everything runs smoothly and is in line with both our business goals and compliance standards. We’re looking for someone who can approach challenges with confidence, collaborate well with others, and be a positive voice in any conversations that come your way.

This a permanent full time position that can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with various teams, including sales, legal, finance, and operations, to support the management of contracts.

  • Assist in contract negotiations and ensure that terms align with Stryker’s standards and goals.

  • Provide support and advice on contract-related questions from internal teams.

  • Maintain and manage important commercial documents with attention to detail.

  • Help navigate discussions that might be more difficult or complex, ensuring professionalism and clarity.

  • Ensure contracts meet both legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Proactively address any issues related to contracts or project timelines.

  • Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and enhance the overall experience for our teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years experience in managing contracts or working with commercial teams (experience in the medical or regulated industries is a plus, but not required).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right.

  • An ability to work across multiple teams and help guide decisions in a positive direction.

  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on finding solutions and supporting your colleagues.
