A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for:
Analysing Pricing data and elaborating tactical and strategical recommendations
Leading Pricing Strategy projects in cross-functional, country specific and regional environments
Being the key contact person for our Neuroscience Organizational Unit Leader with Pricing Strategy topics.
Conceptualizing, consulting and implementing Pricing specific strategies and initiatives in close collaboration with Pricing&Contracting--country and Europe, the Middle East and Africa organizations, Operating Units and other internal and external stakeholders.
Conducting workshops and leading working groups on Pricing Strategy & its implementation with different stakeholders of the organization (on GIGA region and GER level)
Collaborating with especially other Portfolio and Enterprise Account Pricing Strategists and Pricing & Contracting organizations in the fields of cross-business or cross-country deals.
Consulting on rebate schemes
Must Haves
Degree in Business Administration or similar study degree
Leading projects with diverse stakeholders
Advanced in preparing & driving management decisions
Extensive Knowledge in the field of Pricing Strategy
Fluent German and English written & verbal communication skills
Advanced IT skills in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS PowerBI or Tableau
Nice to Haves
Experience in the healthcare environment or similar industry Ideally operative Pricing, Tendering and/or Contracting experience
Presentation skills and communication skills
Ideally Greek and/or Hebrew language skills
Result-driven and hand-on-mentality
Ideally working experience in a consultancy firm
