MOVIN’

As a Crew Member Leader you will be responsible for overall crew member schedules and deployment, training and ensuring that service is fast, accurate and friendly. From local store marketing to achieving sales and profit goals, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’. You’ll also help your Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.

WINNIN’

· You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.

· You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).

· You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required. College degree in business or related discipline strongly preferred.

  • 1+ years of management experience in the QSR industry

  • Able and willing to work an irregular schedule (nights, weekends, and varied store locations as needed)

  • Top-notch customer service skills

  • Can foresee problems before they occur

  • A leader and role model for the employees

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent leadership skills
