Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair a variety of machines and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial electricity, mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventative maintenance. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair all types of machines and equipment, including bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, exhaust fans, electric motors, overhead cranes, and robotics.
Install machines and equipment, including print reading/schematics, couplings, alignment, rigging, hoisting, start-up, and debugging new equipment.
Apply hydraulics/pneumatics principles to pumps, valves, cylinders, actuators, lubricants, and coolants.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections using visual/audible inspection, vibration analysis, fluid analysis, and diagnostics.
Operate various machines such as grinders, drill presses, saws, lathes, and milling machines.
Perform additional work processes to meet business needs, including engineering electrical, machine building, buildings and facilities, furnace repair, general carpentry, overhead doors, HVAC.
Essential Skills
Minimum 2 years working in maintenance.
Experience working with industrial electricity (480v and 3 phase motors).
Experience working with gearboxes, cylinders, valves, motors, and bearings.
Proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading, and schematic reading.
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $84000.00
$5,000 sign on bonus
