Company in Medina, OH is looking for an Entry Level Maintenance Technician for their distribution center/warehouse. Candidate is responsible for the repair of forklifts, lift trucks and other machinery. Basic plumbing, conveyor repair, overhead door and floor repair is also included in the job duties. Candidates must also supply their own small, hand-held tools (hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.). Responsibilities
Hours: 7am to 3:30pm (Mon - Fri), Holidays included.
Pay: $25 per/hr
Duties:
Completes routine maintenance on the following: Fork Lift, Tow Motor, Lift Truck and other machinery. Including: Battery Maintenance and water level checks, load wheels, gates, horns, switches, lights, etc.
Completes conveyor and overhead door repair and maintenance.
Completes general Distribution Center Duties: Rack Repair, installation and tear down; Floor Repair; Repair and replacement of lighting systems on DDM Corporate Grounds and Distribution Center; Rodent Protection; and Basic Plumbing.
Completes Hydrant flushing and fire pump test and maintenance.
Completes painting, including, floor location stencil, floor painting, and hanging of signs.
Basic Electric work, Welding and General Carpentry.
