Job Description Innova Integrated Supply Buyer 1153 Medina Rd, Medina, OH 44256 OSOFF Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Innova Integrated Supply Buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing, data analysis, and customer service tasks. You will be part of a group that has assumed the sourcing and procurement responsibilities for a customer, and you will be overseeing all facets of the sourcing and procurement process. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Creating and dispatching purchase orders for restock and spot-buy requisitions o Expediting purchase orders and reconciling past due orders o Updating and maintaining purchasing trackers o Identifying and resolving purchasing issues o Communicating with the customer, vendors, and sales team on a regular basis by phone, e-mail, or in-person o Responding to customer requests while demonstrating efficiency REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations OR have buying/purchasing work experience o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency o Knowledge of Electrical Controls and/or MRO products o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) o Pass a background check, required by a customer/contract serviced by this location PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Prior sourcing work experience ABOUT INNOVA: Founded in 2020, Innova Supply Chain Solutions, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fastenal Company.
