Education assistance, Employee recognition program, 401K w/employer match, plus more Responsibilities: Provides leadership and oversight on all Quality, Lean Manufacturing & Supply Chain initiatives related to Company. Ensures a focus on a culture of continuous improvement for operations and improved quality, delivery, supply chain, and cost performance, using proven tools for problem solving, standard work, process improvement, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM), Six-Sigma, 5S, and Visual Factory techniques. Ensures that all Management System (ERP) requirements are being met, facility-wide and corrective action reports are quickly resolved. Partner with the appropriate functional personnel/managers to target areas for process improvement and stabilization. Interface with engineering to effectively resolve issues in corrective, preventive, or continuous improvement manner. Furthers the company\'s position by driving continuous operational improvement activities throughout the organization. Assists in the development of strategic priorities for operations. May lead assigned additional support areas such as gas spring manufacturing lead and tech transfer facilitation. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or advanced degree in Engineering Excellent communication, development, and leadership skills Demonstrated technical abilities, lean capability and strong computer skills.
