Pacific Retirement Services Health Center Administrator in Medford, Oregon

Overview:

Rogue Valley Manor is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our 5 Star CMS rated Skilled Nursing facility. In this position, you are responsible for the quality of care and financial outcomes for the health center. Our newly remodeled Skilled Nursing Unit has 59 Medicare certified beds with private rooms.

About you:

  • Valid Nursing Home Administrator license (Oregon preferred).

  • Working knowledge of long term care facility clinical practices and procedures, state and federal privacy laws, state and federal operations regulations, OSHA.

  • Ability to organize, delegate and manage tasks, resolve complaints and concerns, perform multiple functions simultaneously, function effectively with interruptions, make effective decisions.

  • Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification. Certification will be required within six (6) months of filling position.

  • Computer systems skills, management and leaderships skills, communication skills.
