Small local company in Southern Oregon Great opportunity for skill development on new construction projects Chance to contribute to the creation of aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces Daily Workflow: Perform detail finish carpentry tasks including installation of trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, and other detailed woodwork. Execute precise measurements, cuts, and installations to ensure a seamless and accurate finish. Apply paint, stain, and other coatings to surfaces, ensuring consistent and high-quality finishes. Inspect and correct any defects or discrepancies in finish work, making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Assist with general construction tasks when needed on new Communicate effectively with supervisors & take directions We\'re Seeking: Individuals with an interest & enthusiasm for building & construction Proficiency in using hand & power tools, screw gun, putty knife, paint brush.
