IL Admin Coordinator
The Administrative IL Coordinator will be responsible for providing professional customer service, administrative, and technical support to the staff of the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center Resource Center. The Administrative IL Coordinator functions as a team member of the Administrative Department of the Resource Center. Duties include providing administrative support and assistance to the assigned department managers, supervisors, and staff.
Additional duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Budget tracking
- Handling the receipt, filing and tracking of confidential documents
- Ordering, tracking and inventory of supplies
- Creating, managing and monitoring excel spreadsheets
- Creating reports for a variety of projects
- Collaboration with other departments in the creation of printed published material and updating of websites
- Support of webinars
The Child Welfare Resource Center operates in a hybrid work approach where work can be completed remotely, in the Mechanicsburg office, and in the field as necessary and appropriate.Time for this position is estimated as 55% remote work, 40% in the Mechanicsburg office, and 5% in the field. Must be able to travel infrequently statewide throughout the Commonwealth and attend the weeklong annual Older Youth Retreat at the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown Campus. A valid driver's license or the ability to travel to perform the essential functions is required.
Experience working with ethnically and culturally diverse populations preferred. A commitment to achieving equity and inclusion in the child welfare system is a must.

Supports senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments.
Essential Functions
Must be able to operate computers and other office equipment; communicate effectively with management contacts as well as internal and external contacts; perform under pressure when there are numerous deadlines and be adaptable to last minute changes; perform multiple job tasks and projects. A valid driver's license or the ability to travel to perform the essential functions is required.
Physical Effort
Typical field travel required will be statewide throughout the Commonwealth on an infrequent basis, lift up to 50 pounds, set up and prepare audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
