Naval Supply Systems Command FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

Summary You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Comptroller's Office in the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness Division, Audit Remediation Branch of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA. Responsibilities You will design, implement and assess internal control processes and testing procedures to solve a variety of accounting and/or auditing problems You will analyze audit findings to determine appropriate remediation activities/efforts You will schedule/lead corrective action plan execution across organizations to document necessary process changes You will research and investigate new or improved business and financial management practices. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Designing, implementing and assessing internal control processes and testing procedures to solve a variety of accounting and/or auditing problems; 2) Analyzing audit findings to determine appropriate remediation activities/efforts; 3) Scheduling/leading corrective action plan execution across organizations to document necessary process changes; and 4) Researching and investigating new or improved business and financial management practices.
