GKN Automotive Assembly Operator - 3rd Shift in Mebane, North Carolina
Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rate Follows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as qualified associate Line feeds as required Ensure that parts and components are assembled in accordance with SOP Perform all required quality checks Completes all relevant documentation (i.e. VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log, etc.) Performs all changeover operataions on all machines correctly Separates, tags and places all scrap/rework parts in designated area Perform first piece inspection Ensure all housekeeping duties have been performed
