Bethesda Lutheran Services Youth Support Specialist in Meadville, Pennsylvania
If you are looking for a rewarding job helping at-risk youth, then we have a position for you. We are currently interviewing for Youth Support Specialists both full and part-time, 2nd and 3rd shifts in our Residential Program which include our Mother/Baby Program. We will need you to be assertive, consistent and professional, helping guide clients through daily routines, unit responsibilities, education requirements and recreational activities while monitoring behavior, holding clients accountable and have the physical ability to perform interventions utilizing Safe Crisis Management techniques. A Bachelor's Degree and related experience preferred but we will train the right candidates. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, possess the ability to obtain favorable Child Abuse, Act 34, FBI and Driver Clearances, and successfully complete a drug test and physical. E.O.E
