Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Chef Manager for it's operations at Wesbury , a 210 resident skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, located in Meadville, Pennsylvania . This is an ideal position to grow your culinary career. The food service operations includes a small cafe, 3 dining rooms with trayline operations. This Chef Manager will be hands on and will cook as needed. Will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of approximately 15 kitchen staff. Typical shift will be 10:00am - 6:30pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage.

The successful candidate will:
Deliver high quality food service
Coordinate department hourly employee HACCP Training, inservices,
Participate in special functions
Attends resident council meetings
Quality assurance and monthly audits as assigned
develop and maintain client and customer relationships
create a positive environment
ensure Sodexo Standards are met

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
