Job Summary
Work collaboratively with the government to help to deliver IT solutions, assets and IT infrastructure to government and contract employees. Manage small projects and analyze the data to make recommendations to the government. Work with the government to develop, manage, and advertise processes that are related to IT; may involve making recommendations on ways to improve currently processes.
Fun stuff you will do on the job:
Communicate with CDC and CSTLTS Management, personnel, external public health partners and health officials across the US on various administrative and logistical services.
Coordinate scheduling and travel logistics related to attending conferences, speaking events, site visits to partner offices, reverse site visits from partner offices, visits of congressional delegations, and other meetings and events that require attendance at, participation in, or the input from members of CSTLTS senior leadership.
Coordinate travel orders, including inputting and processing in the CONCUR travel system.
Process time and attendance in the TASNet system.
Assist with preparing standard administrative documentation, such as small purchase requests, training requests, VSTS requests, MACCS purchases, travel requests, and leave requests.
Route standard administrative documentation for review and approval.
Assist in identifying and ordering office supplies and equipment, monthly and as needed.
Submit ITSO and phone requests for office moves.
Perform routine printing, copying, and filing.
Assist with administrative tasks to support meetings, training events, and orientations, such as logistics, preparation of materials, setup, and note taking.
This is you:
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
2+ years of C-Suite Executive Assistance experience.
Coordinate logistics associated with planning and conducting events, conference calls, and webinars.
Manage office calendars and scheduling for OD Executive leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication.

Currently due to the remote working status of the federal government, most DRT employees are teleworking from home and leveraging video conferencing along with other virtual productivity tools. Under normal circumstances, most of our positions are required to report onsite. However, DRT has not yet determined when employees will be required to return to their onsite workspaces. Please be aware that at the time a date is determined to return to the worksite, the requirement of this position may be to report in person to the work location.
