As an Organizational Strategy & Design (OS&D) Manager within our Business Consulting practice, you will manage organizational strategy development and design activities to help clients transform support the successful realization of their enterprise business strategy. As a member of the OS&D practice, expectations include participating in the business development, thought leadership and delivery of organizational strategy and design offerings and solutions; cultivating trusted advisor relationships with clients; networking to build internal cross-functional relationships to grow the OS&D practice; and self-development to expand capabilities in digital and business transformation. Your role will be part of an expanding OS&D practice that provides the structural, practical foundation upon which large-scale, complex transformational efforts, be they digital transformation or the merging of two or more companies, can ensure near-term value realization and longer-term successful growth. Req.#379027035 RESPONSIBILITIES + Actively contribute to complex, integrated consulting engagements that include delivery of one or more of the following OS&D offerings + Organizational Strategy + Target Operating Models, including customer-centric and product-centric models + Organizational Design + Governance + Ways of Working + Job Design + Competency Models + Workforce Planning + Implementation Planning & Management + Digital Transformation + Support business development, account planning and proposal development activities to sell and create demand for OS&D solutions with existing and prospective clients + Contribute to thought leadership to grow personal, OS&D practice and EPAM business consulting eminence internally and externally + Use expertise and experience to help coach and develop other OS&D practitioners REQUIREMENTS + More than six (6) years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable. This experience must include leading organizational strategy and design, digital transformation, and complex change management engagements + Two (2) + years developing organizational design, development and change management solutions + Brings executive client-facing presence and communicates easily and effectively with diverse teams at strategic and tactical levels + Comfortable working across client functions and industries + Enjoys both collaborative, strategic ideation and hands-on tactical deliverable development + Bachelor's degree.
