Description
Position Overview: The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. The ideal candidate will document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems that align with overall business strategies. This role typically reports to a manager and works under immediate supervision, following pre-established guidelines and instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Document requirements and define the scope and objectives for business systems.
Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Provide support in technical troubleshooting and database management.
Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform job functions.
Work under immediate supervision, with primary job functions not typically requiring independent judgment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a related area is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
Basic technical understanding of database management and technical troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively under immediate supervision and follow established guidelines.
