Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Develop scalable data architectures and integrate customer data across multiple systems and platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, sales, customer service) to deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions
Define and implement data integration strategies, focusing on ingestion, transformation, and unification of data
Establish best practices for data quality, security, and governance across the organization
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related Salesforce platforms (Pardot, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
Provide guidance on custom development, API integrations, and system optimizations to improve performance
Mentor and train internal teams on Pardot functionalities, best practices, and new features
Stay current with Salesforce innovations and share insights to drive organizational growth and data capabilities
Requirements
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot
Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations
Strong knowledge of data governance principles, including MDM and data quality
Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Einstein Analytics)
Experience with agile project management and delivering data solutions on time and within budget
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to quickly adapt to new Salesforce updates and industry trends

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $120K - $220K.
