Position Title: Triage Team Lead

Position location(s): U.S. - Washington D.C. (Northern VA Area) and OCONUS

Minimum Security Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI

  • Identifying files and document of intelligence value in accordance with customer’s requirements and standing SOPs and provides files and for screening by linguists

  • Producing a serialized report of their findings disseminated to customers and analysts and liaison officers

  • Prior to dissemination of their report, triage linguists are expected to notify government supervisors and liaison officers and analysts of significant findings.

  • The triage team will have quality control triage linguist(s) responsible for verifying the accuracy, quality, and uniformity of triage reports and disseminating reports.

  • The Triage Team shall include experienced linguists who possess the requisite language skills, analytical skills, and computer systems/digital media aptitude.

  • Must have two years’ experience in utilizing human language technology tools and the Harmony/TED database.

  • Must have a minimum of five years’ experience working as a linguist and managing DOMEX linguist workflow operations.

  • Have functional capability in one of primary languages, scoring at least 2/2 in reading and listening in one of the primary languages and have English with general professional plus or higher proficiency (3+) on the on the Interagency Linguist Roundtable (ILR) 5-point scale

  • Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite

  • Must be comfortable briefing senior Government personnel

  • Must be able to multi-task and be organized and adaptable to changing/evolving requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field of study (intelligence, language, math, science, engineering, business).
