The Quality Management System (QMS) team, reporting to Quality & Mission Assurance (QMA) Strategy & Business Operations organization under Quality & Mission Assurance, is looking for a Principal Command Media System (CMS) Administrator to join our team. The QMS team is chartered with defining, deploying, and maintaining the Command Media System for Raytheon.

This is an onsite position. The effective candidate can reside in one of the following locations:

  • Tucson, AZ

  • El Segundo, CA

  • Goleta, CA

  • Fullerton, CA

  • Andover, MA

  • Tewksbury, MA

  • Aurora, CO

  • McKinney, TX

  • Richardson, TX

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with multiple functions and Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to ensure processes are clearly defined, non-conflicting, integrated and handoffs are efficient.

  • Support the implementation of Raytheon Product Lifecycle.

  • Release and maintain command media following a common process in a suite of tools.

  • Model processes to provide a graphical representation of business processes or workflows.

  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend process improvements.

  • Strong advocacy skills, including the ability to communicate compliance requirements and responsibilities clearly and concisely to audiences of varying degrees, both verbally and in writing.

  • Provide training/presentations on the command media processes and tools and policies to small and large groups.

  • Ability to work and interface with diverse levels of internal customers.

  • Work in a teaming environment as well as work independently.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

  • Working experience in Process Architecture.

  • Working experience with change management activities.

  • Working experience with configuration management.

  • Working experience with Command Media processes and requirements.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Value:

  • Understanding of product lifecycle framework and interrelation of processes.

  • Experience with program execution.

  • Process modeling experience.

  • Knowledge of Raytheon and RTX organizations, including nuances between different functions.

  • Prior experience working across different business functions and sites.

  • Prior experience leading/supporting Enterprise improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities at the same time.

  • Demonstrated ability to build a strong rapport with internal customers.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong presentation skills and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication at all levels in the organization.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
