MMI Hospitality Group Retail Lead - Bethel University in MCKENZIE, Tennessee
Bethel University is looking for a friendly and outgoing Retail Lead to service and sell products and services that the school offers. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, including working with the student body by describing the details of the product and answer any questions they may have, this could be the job for you! Additional responsibilities will include making hot and cold beverages for guest, answering questions, and serving snacks and pastries.
The ideal candidate will have customer service skills and knowledge of how to engage with guests and sell merchandise; be able to work various shifts; and be able to work under pressure. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our guests.
