IDR IAM Technical SME in MCFARLAND, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced IAM Technical SME to join one of our top clients. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IAM Technical SME: * Configure Salesforce and custom Java applications to support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in Okta. * Collaborate with the MyWisconsin ID team for stand-ups, approvals, and design updates. * Identify and mitigate implementation risks through collaboration with relevant stakeholders and regression testing. * Deliver presentations, recorded demonstration videos, standard operating procedures, and desk aids. * This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. Required Skills for IAM Technical SME: * Okta certification and proven experience as an Okta technical subject matter expert. * Strong understanding of SSO and SSO configuration in Okta and Azure AD. * Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Proficiency in requirement development and sprint planning.
