Operations Manager – Business Operations
RP Lighting & Fans is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Operations Manager – Business Operations . This position will have a seat at the table, will set direction, provide guidance towards continuous improvement in sales operations, technology, performance metrics and all other areas of the location.
The Operations Manager – Business Operations will supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring overall performance, finding new efficiencies, supporting the sales team, & working directly with multiple departments leads. We are looking for an expert operations leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves & find solutions across the organization to streamline and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple departments & building relationships with key partners. Primary Responsibilities
Supervises Company operations as well as develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
Implements consistent operational processes within the Company while working closely with Area Operations to control expense management and drive profitable growth.
Assists their direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
Manage multiple areas with multiple priorities and multiple stakeholders every day
Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies, and guidelines to the management team.
Understands the overarching company strategy, as well as communicates the core values of the organization, to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees
Contributes to forecasting for inventory, asset, and expenditure management to achieve company budget objectives.
Perform quality controls and monitor production critical metrics
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Make moderate to significant improvements of processes, ERP system, or products to enhance performance of job area leveraging IT
Play key role in company projects related to IT, Operations, Supply Chain & New Product Development
Develop & implement new reporting tools & capabilities to support sales performance
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and equivalent work experience will be considered.
3-5 years of proven experience handling inventory/operational tasks
3-5 years of leadership / supervisory / management experience is required.
Successful demonstration of technical and analytical abilities
Experience working within ERP systems at an advanced level
Good judgment and decision-making abilities
Great communication skills and the ability and desire to lead a team.
A working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
A willingness to learn and being able to go the extra mile is a must

Pay Range:

$4,124.70 - $9,075.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
