Miba Sinter Maintenance Technician in McConnelsville, Ohio
Our maintenance team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment. This contributes to our ability to produce high-quality powder metal components for our customers! What our technicians do: Equipment Maintenance-Routine inspections, preventative maintenance and complete repairs on machinery and equipment used in our powder metal processes. Troubleshooting-Diagnose issues, identify the root cause of the problem and implement corrective actions to restore functionality. Safety Compliance-Ensure that all equipment meets safety standards and regulations by performing safety inspections, installing safety guards or devices and addressing any potential hazards. Continuous Improvement-Identify opportunities to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime and improve reliability. What we are looking for is: -Secondary coursework in maintenance field of responsibilities preferred. -Must be able to become proficient in electrical, mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics. -Must be able to become proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and drawings. -Demonstrated saety mindset and ability to pay attention to detail. -Enjoys being part of a learning environment. -Reliable Attendance. Pay Range: $20.25-$28.60 Shift: 12-hour shift Model/Nights Tools, Uniforms and Safety Boots provided by Miba.
