Reporting to the Technical Service Manager for Scag in our Mayville office, this employee will be working with our SCAG and BlueBird customers, suppliers and deals, and maintaining additional documents as they work to rebuild the brand. Responsibilities * Customer supportHandle customer technical support calls, e-mails, letters, etc. Communicate with and assist Bluebird Dealers and Rental houses with service, warranty and parts concerns as needed. Assist distributors, dealers and end users with machine troubleshooting. Assist distributors, dealers and end users with parts questions/concerns. Document issues and concerns and suggest product improvements to assembly and engineering teams as needed.
