Required Licenses [Kentucky, United States] Respiratory Therapist Valid and Current KY Board of Respiratory Care
Required Certifications (BLS) Basic Life Support required one month from hire date (ACLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support six months from hire date (PALS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support six months from hire date (NRP) Neonatal Resuscitation Provider six months from hire date
