Dynata LLC Project Manager in Maumee, Ohio

As a project manager you will join a team that is smart, innovative and passionate about providing the best service in the internet online market research industry. You will be a part of an experienced Operations team. You will receive extensive training in client management, coordination of internal teams and how to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with and coordinate the delivery of client projects (within agreed timelines, to client specification and within the necessary constraints) Coordinating the project "kick off" stage with the client in order to check the project specification; set client expectations and project delivery timelines. Checking questionnaires prior to scripting for suitability (and adapting these to online format) Checking screening criteria against project specifications Checking quotas against project specifications Liaising with internal teams or external suppliers to ensure all the timelines of a project are met (e.g. programming, translation, sampling, data processing, quality checking) Ensure clear communication and outline of project requirements and timelines with other teams that are required to complete and successfully deliver the project. Project coordination with other client service groups. Project coordination with external partners including translation agencies and network partners. Provide timely status reports, project analysis and recommendations. Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet the client's requirements. Perform customer relationship management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned account teams. Understand key client issues and objectives. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Excellent problem-solving ability. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point. Must be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-functional / international team and to work with all levels of personnel within the organization. Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic atmosphere with rapidly shifting projects and priorities.
