Job Purpose Dana Incorporated is seeking to fill a 2025 spring engineering co-op position in their Commercial Vehicle Advanced Engineering group at their World Headquarters in Maumee, OH. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical skills by working alongside Dana's engineers in the completion of departmental oriented tasks/assignments. The Commercial Vehicle Advanced Engineering group is responsible for the development of Dana's new electrified product of electric single and multispeed axles and transmissions component assemblies. Job Duties and Responsibilities * Design, test, and analyze performance of components and assemblies of mechanical and mechatronic systems. * Design and perform advanced development testing and posttest part analysis. * Analyze data collected from testing and present to team. * Assist with vehicle integration of electrified driveline systems. Requirements Enrollment & active pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Proven work experience, strong analytical ability, & excellent mechanical aptitude. Self-directed & motivated individual with great organizational skills. Experience with Manufacturing or Assembly a plus. Willing to perform multiple assignments & rotate through other engineering departments. Full-time availability. Good oral & written communication skills. Must be able to interface in a team environment.
