Do you have experience as a mechanial design engineer in a warehouse setting? If so, we are looking for a qualified indivdual who brings years of engineering experience to the table. This position is first shift in the Monroe, NC area and pays between 65k-90k. Please inquire and if you meet the qualifications listed.

Responsibilities
• The Design Engineer is primarily responsible for the physical design of instruments, including electro-mechanics,
fluidics, optics and the physical user-interface. He/she will also integrate the efforts of the electronics and software
engineers in the product development team.
• Develop prototypes for testing and conduct testing to identify design issues or improvements.
• Document designs including 3D Models, Drawings and Assembly Procedures
• Customer integration, Satisfaction, and Service
• New Product Development
• Identify & Troubleshoot of products through entire product life cycle.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (physics, applied math, electrical engineering,
chemistry)
• 5-8 Years as a mechanical engineer (or related) involved in the design of innovative electro-mechanical systems.
• Must have significant experience working in a multi-disciplinary project team, with a proven record of design
innovation.
• Familiarity with 3-D CAD modeling is required; Creo Parametric experience is a plus.
The essential functions of this role include:
