Position Overview: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to members regarding their Medicare and Medicaid inquiries. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all members.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from members regarding Medicare and Medicaid benefits, eligibility, and coverage

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and assist with enrollment processes

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

    Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service in a healthcare or insurance setting

  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and processes is required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment

  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

  • High school diploma; bachelors preferred

  • Must be BILINGUAL in SPANISH
