MYRIAD GENETICS INC Marketing Specialist - Mental Health - Biotech / Hybrid Remote and On-Site in Ma in Mason, Ohio

*This is a hybrid remote/on-site role. On-site work 2- 3 days per week in Mason, Ohio office. Myriad Genetics discovers, develops, and commercializes molecular genetic tests that determine the risk of developing disease, assess disease progression, and guide treatment decisions in Oncology, Women's Health, and Mental Health. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Mental Health marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will execute our clinician marketing strategy to grow GeneSight brand awareness, ordering, loyalty, and brand advocacy. This Marketing Specialist will report to the Sr. Brand Manager and support content/collateral management, conventions, sales enablement initiatives, marketing claims approval and the marketing team budget. MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee collateral management including working with our print vendor on logistics, inventory, online supplies portal, artwork, etc. Collaborate with the sales team to support the needs of the outside and inside sales channels. Plan and provide support for events and conferences. Develop and monitor the marketing team budget. Gather, evaluate, and disseminate competitive intelligence to commercial team in partnership with medical team counterparts. Manage new marketing claims/content approval through medical and legal review and maintain claims database. Work closely with Sr. Brand Manager to provide input to and execute clinician marketing plans as needed. Manage timelines and proper execution of ideas within fast-paced, dynamic environment. Manage external agency and vendor relationships to maximize effectiveness and cost efficiencies. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required. 1+ years of professional experience in a marketing or marketing support role or marketing internship Experience and/or interest in biotech or healthcare industry Work experience in tactical product or digital marketing, sales enablement, and project management preferred. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills including error-free written communication. Proficient with Microsoft tools Ability to manage projects of varying complexity with strong execution and organization. Experience setting and owning objectives with analytical and results-driven focus.
