POSITION SUMMARY: The Market Access Manager (MAM-CT) will be responsible for supporting the company's global health economics, reimbursement, and market access strategy with a background in clinical trial management and reimbursement. This self-driven role requires the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with leadership. The ideal candidate will proactively manage projects, identify potential challenges, and communicate needs effectively to their manager. This position will collaborate closely with the Director and VP of HE&R, Senior Leadership, Sales, and Marketing team members to develop and deliver the reimbursement strategy and support for our therapies in interactions with customers. Other support responsibilities could include leading direct payor advocacy strategies, evidence planning and strategy, and constructing health economic tools. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, reimbursement processes, health economics, and regulatory requirements.
