Staffmark, in collaboration with a leading manufacturing company in Mason, OH, is seeking a driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Pay Rate: $18-19 per hour Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Acquire and maintain extensive product knowledge. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product selection. Ensure accurate order processing and submission to order entry. Input warranty registration details into the database. Maintain professional communication with customers and colleagues. Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and quality standards. Liaise with Quality and Engineering Departments regarding new product applications/issues. Input call information into the call data tracking tool. Provide support to walk-in customers. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management. Qualifications: Exceptional attendance history. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. 2-4 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in math, including fractions and decimals. Strong proficiency in Gmail and Google Docs. Demonstrated professionalism, customer service, and enthusiasm. Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving technical product issues.
