Aston Carter Is Hiring For A Customer Service Representative
Description:
Candidates will be taking 45-50 inbound calls from providers, patients, caregivers, and pharmacies in regards to a diabetes medication. Candidates will be responsible for running benefits to see if patients are covered and what their deductible will be as well as running affordability options for discounts and noting all side effects and product quality complaints. This is a fully scripted role!
