Job Description:
Cold Rush, a leading provider of refrigeration services, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration systems and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and equipment, including Thermo King and Carrier units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration units.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Work from the Marysville shop location or from a service truck in the Columbus metro area.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or degree in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial trucking garage.
- Ability to perform DOT inspections.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, specifically Thermo King and Carrier units.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
