Actalent Maintenance Engineer in Marysville, Ohio
Description
• Work with Engineer(s) within the group to provide technical support
• Support the creation and monitoring of supplied spare parts to ensure all factors are considered including: tracking of delivery, process time, specialty purchase parts orders. Support the creation and tracking of NA region D-product rebuilds along with ensuring the process required to achieve quality is maintained on in-house and supplier-built D-product assembly’s
• Assist in the validation of replenishment stock orders for MRO, Working with NAIP and Senior Engineer(s) within the group to set the localization plan or direct supplier setting
• Help ensure NA Region spare parts inventory for D-product is properly planned to ensure regional Q,C,D characteristics are achieved

Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST: Technical background --either technical/engineering degree or hands-on technician experience.
STRONG PLUS: Experience with troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
STRONG PLUS: Ability to read mechanical drawings.
PLUS: Experience using Maximo.
PLUS: Experience using SAP.
PLUS: Ability to manage large amounts of data (especially in spreadsheet format).
PLUS: Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills (needs to communicate clearly & often with many different teams).
Willingness to “go to the spot” (plant floor, supplier) and perform hands-on analysis and work as required
Detail-oriented and thorough.
Self-Starter (able to be efficient and productive without being constantly directed).
Organized.
Customer-focused.
Positive attitude.
Willing and able to execute administrative tasks in conjunction with technical responsibilities
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
